Information on Returning to School
F2F Family Orientation March 2021
Please watch the below video for
important arrival and dismissal procedures at
Greenbrier beginning March 8th.
As of today (3/3/2021), bus transportation plans have been finalized by the transportation department. Students who have a confirmed bus spot have been contacted by a school staff member. If you did not receive notification today, your child is on a waiting list for a bus spot. If you are returning in person on March 8th, please plan to find alternate transportation to Greenbrier, as the bus seats are extremely limited due to a bus driver shortage and social distancing measures required due to the pandemic.
Greenbrier Volunteer Transportation
As city schools return to in-person learning, families are experiencing a shortage of transportation options. The PTO is helping to recruit volunteers to help kids get to school safely. Currently, there is a need to walk a group of students from Michie Drive along the Rivanna Trail from 7:30-8:00am and 2:30-3:00pm. If you are able to help, please let us know by completing this form.
